01.  Is there a minimum number of hours per visit?

Yes, the minimum duration is 2 hours per visit.

02.  Do you conduct a background check on your empolyees ?

Yes ! we provide background checks on all our employees. A background check is done to ensure the safety of you and your home by allowing you to know, who is coming to your house.

03.  Are you insured and bonded ?

Yes, we have all this policy in place, incase something gets broken, damaged or goes missing in your home.

This, will provide you with the security and peace of mind during the cleaning service, you may also want to inform us of any items that require special care.

04. Do you provide the cleaning equipment and detergents?

Only our end of tenancy comes with equipment and detergent, but we can provide them for an additional fee of £13.00

05. What happens if i am unhappy with my cleaning ?

If your unhappy with the service provided, we promise to return for free on your next visit.

06. What areas do you cover ?

we offer cleaning services in most London postcodes.

07. How do i pay for the cleaning ?

we will send you an invoice of the service, you have just recieved and the company bank details attached.

08. Can i specify the day for the cleaner to come?

You can specify, the day for the cleaner to come and we will make every effort to supply you with a suitable cleaner on your chosen day.

09. Can i skip or reschedule bookings?

You can reschedule any booking without a fine, so long as you do at least 24hrs ahead of the scheduled start time.

10. How long should a house cleaning take?

It depends entirely on the size of your house! The minimum booking length is 2 hours, but you can always request a longer booking if you need one. Depending on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms you have.
